Quick Goulash
The ‘What’
1 knob butter
1onion, chopped
450g tin of stewed steak
100g tomato puree
2 teaspoons paprika
1 red pepper, diced
150g natural yogurt
The ‘How’
Melt the butter in a pan and cook the onion until soft. Stir in the stewed steak, tomato puree, paprika and pepper.Cook on a low heat for 15-20 minutes, until meat is piping hot.Stir in yogurt just before serving.
Serve with rice or mash potatoes |
