Cheat’s Carbonara
A really quick, easy and yummy carbonara that we often have at home as well!
The ‘What’
- 225g pasta
- 1 pack of good quality ham
- 4 Tablespoons of cream cheese with chives (such as philedelphia)
The ‘How’
Bring water to boil in a saucepan, then add the pasta. Cook according to packet instructions.
Slice ham into long strips.
Once pasta is cooked, drain and stir in the ham and cheese.
